A file appears in the Processed Leaks catalog only when at least one indicator meets both its min_count and min_density (count ÷ source lines) threshold. Density is computed against source line count (original file lines), not retained JSONL lines. Indicators not listed below (iso_date, phone, ipv4, ipv6, us_address, sql_insert, create_table) never qualify on their own.
